Warranty

The Imaging Supply Depot warrants our cartridges and fuser assemblies to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. For defective items returned within 90 days of invoice date, Imaging Supply Depot will either replace the item in question or refund the purchase price. Toner cartridge returns over 90 days of invoice date receive an In-house credit or replacement. Fusers returned within 90 days recieve 100% refund or replacement, at 4 months 75% credit, and at 5 months 50% credit towards replacement. All fusers are sold with exchange of the old fuser core required within 30 days. Your credit card is charged an additional $80.00 for each old fuser core not returned within the 30 days alotted. Pre-paid fuser core return labels are provided for your convenience and additional labels can be provided upon request.  

All products returned under warranty must include sample of the defect from the printer or brief written description of the problem. The Imaging Supply Depot warrants that our cartridges and fuser assemblies will not cause damage or deterioration to your laser printer. If a defect in a product causes a printer to fail, The Imaging Supply Depot will reimburse the customer for the reasonable and customary cost of service and repair of the printer. This limited warranty is dependent upon the customer promptly providing written evidence and a statement on repair service letterhead stating the cause of the printer failure.

This limited warranty does not include defects caused by negligence, alteration, accident, or misuse by the user. The Imaging Supply Depot's liability shall be limited to the replacement, refund or reimbursement as provided above, and does not extend to consequential damages.
